Baby Kicking Cervix, is this Normal?

Hi lovelies, I’m 28 weeks with a baby girl. I was told at my 16 week scan that my uterus was backwards but once baby grows it won’t be a problem. She’s been sitting low the entire pregnancy. Now more than ever, I can feel kicks/punches literally on top of my cervix like she’s trying to come out (but it’s much too early). Also, there’s a tightening in my vaginal canal but no discharge or leaky fluids. Is it normal for baby to feel so low this early? Or to be tap dancing right on my cervix? I’m trying not to worry but is this something I should call right away about or wait to discuss at next appointment? I appreciate any guidance :)

It is normal unfortunately! X

I felt this too, around the same time until baby turned around! Completely normal x

Completely normal, mine was like that the entire pregnancy

Thanks! I didn’t want to overly freak out. Did anyone’s baby come early because of this??

Yup🥴 and nope, came 40+4 with my last. We'll see with this one

Very normal- baby won’t come out early :) I had a lot of cervical kicks in the late 20’s weeks- once baby moved head down they stopped. Then you have the joy of rib kicks! 😂

Yep, I felt like there was little hands trying to burrow out!

I feel this too! She kicks my bladder and my cervix and it’s soooo uncomfortable! Totally get you xx

I had that happening my entire pregnancy and my boy waited until 39 weeks to come out. He was sitting so low i felt like he was gonna fall out and he was constantly hitting/kicking my cervix

I was told my uterus was backwards too and I’ve felt the exact same thing to the point of it sometimes makes me jump when it’s unexpected cause it can be that uncomfortable, was told it was completely normal xx

Yep, normal. Felt them tug the umbilical cord yet? That's a weird feeling!! Like someone's tugging your whole uterus up from the inside. And no she wasn't early 42 weeks exactly.

I’ve been saying for the past week that I keep feeling pressure, like somethings gonna fall out🤣 had my 28 week appointment today and he’s head down into my pelvis already so that explains a lot😩🤣

Oh yeah both of my boys spent the whole pregnancy deep in my pelvis right on my cervix. By the end of your pregnancy you'll grow used to it and it won't hurt as much lol and if you're second does the same thing you never even flinch 😂 My first came at 37 weeks, he was just shy of 8 lbs so definitely baked long enough! I'm currently 31 weeks with my second and he's measuring bigger than his brother 😬 it shouldn't cause you to go early unless baby is determined and ready to come lol

Same

It’s normal however no one can tell u how to feel so good get it checked out because I did and found out I had a short cervix and my son came 8 weeks (2 months) early and was a preemie
