For the first time today, my son took off his diaper and handed it to me. I’m a FTM, is that a sign of readiness to start potty training? Thanks in advance!

mine started doing this a few months ago but it just meant they need a change, they do like using the potty tho but not potty trained yet

Every toddler might be different, honestly my son has been taking his diaper off since he was 8 months old, he's now 20 months old and we've recently been introducing potty training but he doesn't seem interested yet. It could be your son is ready or it could be simply because he discovered how to remove the diaper and is having fun with that new discovery. Start to introduce potty training and see how it goes!
