You could potentially get in writing that you are allowing him to push his payments until xx date so you can give him a break while sick but he doesn't get to just not pay for your kiddo
I m just thinking why does he needs doctors certificate if he doesn't work?
Get him on child support and that will answer if this happens again
At Ahley he can't.He doesn't help out a lot.He see her every now and then, and that's that's.. he says he suffers with high blood pressure, and he acts like he's dying..it annoys me how I need to do everything and always be OK even when I m ill I still need to look after our child and provide for her.
Sounds like he'd say anything to get out of his responsibility. Well jokes on him, because whether you're ill or not, a child's needs don't get put on hold. You can't just tell your child well, we won't eat for a while because mama's ill 😂
I’m confused, does your ex work? If he does work he’d need a doctors note to say he can’t work because after a week you need a sick note from the GP to say you’ll be off for x amount of time, but his work should (not all companies do) pay him as usual.
At Emily I honestly don't even know.He was working then he said he was subcontracting I don't even know.
Well your child still has to eat within those 6 weeks and he's equally responsible for your child. If he's employed with a contract, and he's actually ill, they probably still pay him.
