Everyone wants to make mama friends and go play dates but no one is texting back and making any effort. I know it’s the first time we’re communicating and we don’t know anything about each other but that’s the point of the app. To get to know one another.

It is, I admit I have been guilty of that because it’s a really needy time in my life with young kids. I started a communication book and it changed my perspective. I need to put forth the energy to make friends, I need to show up and once that happens friends will find me. I just started a group for that sole purpose to actually meet other moms.
If you live in Tx near Austin you are totally invited! I also focus on locals cause I know I just won’t stay engaged ifs a digital penpal.
