What on earth has happened to sleep!?

Same and it's been like this from the beginning to now! I can't wait until my baby can sleep longer and settle herself during the night 😩

I’ve had this for 2 weeks. Then suddenly last night she did a 7(!!) hour stretch - longest since birth - and guess what - I couldn’t sleep for most of that because I guess my brain went into shock. I was just lying there expecting her to wake and wondering why she’s still asleep. 🙈 Hugs xx

We had 2 weeks of the worst sleep he’s ever had, worse even than newborn! Then the last 2 nights out of nowhere he’s slept through! I had to get up to pump as my boobs were fit to burst!

It’s been horrendous the past 10 days or so. And last night started off the same… multiple wakes after going to bed. Then at 2am she seemed to remember she likes sleeping on her front and self settled through til 7! Now I think about it she’d stopped flipping over to her front like she’d forgotten that’s how she gets comfy! Maybe the new big cot? Teething? And learning to sit and crawl. Probably a fluke but a few hours felt nice! Xx

I had that, lasted 2 weeks, one night she would go 1 hour then wake and then she would go 2 hours then wake. Moved her into her own room on Monday and she’s now going 7 hours 7-2 and then 2-7. She definitely needed the space and is learning to self soothe!!
