Breastfeeding and waking lots

I'm EBF my 10 month old and she will not sleep longer than 3/4 hours at night. She goes to bed at 7.30pm wakes at 10.30pm, 1.30am, 4am, 5.30am then gets up at 7.30am. She is eating solids throughout the day. Can anyone help with ideas on how to get her to sleep for longer. I'm exhausted

My 7 month old is the same, I think a lot of it is comfort with breast feeding!

That's pretty standard. My ebf girl was like that at that age. I co-slept for the second half of the night so I didn't have to keep getting up. She got better and did longer stretches on her own. She's 14 months now and wakes once/does 9 hour stretches.

I thought it was normal but my other 2 children slept all night from 3 months old. I know every baby is different but roll on teenage years when they don't want to get up 🤣

If you havent already maybe look into side-lying position.
