We have a first wake window of 2.5 hours then it’s 3 and then 2 hours before the last nap. She then does another 2 hours before bedtime ☺️ also 7 months. Some days she skips the middle nap so I think change is happening slowly
Gosh my 17 week old goes 3-5 hours before first nap most of the time. 🤯
Same here. If I try she will just fight it anyway. We are on x2 30 min naps a day currently 🤦🏼♀️ and somehow she has huge amounts of energy still, unlike me 😂
We are currently going through the transition. Like Helen said some days can be 2 naps, then others 3. On the 3 nap day the wake windows are shorter and I guess it's just her way of catching up on some sleep during the transition. So yeah it could be a sign that your LO is ready to start. One day my LG just decided to do 2 long naps and it just started from there. I just follow her cue
Ours has been on 2 naps for a while. The first ww is just over 2.5 hours (but was 3 yesterday). The other two are 3.5-4 hours.
Mines asleep on the school run every morning 😂 sometimes 3 naps depending on when the lunch time nap is but if he is awake anywhere from 3 he goes down at 6 ish I cannot physically keep him awake x
Mine went from 2 hours to 3 hour wake windows over night, it just happened 🤷🏼♀️ he doesn't sleep through either he wakes up 3 times, now that his wake windows are like this, he has improved from 5+ wake ups a night! As you get into it the nap will drop itself don't need to think too much about it , my lo wakes up at 7:30 and goes to bed at 9-10 depending on the last nap, just throwing that in there
Before a nap drops, the wake window lengthens. It's a really gradual process and some days will be 2 naps, others 3. So it might just be the ww extending by 15-45mins, and the next ww might not need extending at all
