Bump in car

Me and my husband were reversing out of a parking space and a car who didn’t see us went straight into the back of us. It jolted the car and my seat belt tightened round my belly. Only a small car bump. I’m 37 weeks pregnant and had literally just left the hospital as they had just monitored baby’s movements (which were all fine). Should I go back to the hospital after the car bump or do you think it was minor and should be fine?
