Help

Hi need advice! I’m 9 months pp, every month I have a consistent period after birth, never been late but I’m 15 days late for my period and I’ve taken several tests (all negative) done one 15 minutes ago and that’s negative! I’m getting the period cramps and it’s very painful This is so unusual for me and I don’t know what to do. I called gp last week when I was 8 days late and they said to wait another week and call back if nothing and they’ll do bloodwork Can someone help me and give me advice on what I can do, or if hat the doctor will do tests for
