Alcohol intake

I’m going out tonight for the first time since having my little boy. I am breastfeeding however have got some formula ready as I am going to be having a drink. How long do I need to wait after drinking to be able to breastfeed again?

Really debating just staying in because I honestly hate the stress and worry of being able to feed him 😂😫

If ur OK to drive ur ok to breastfeed is the general rule. So if ur only having 1 glass of wine u should still be fine to breastfeed. Very little actually passed into ur milk supply so don't stress about it x
