I wish I had a magic cure for your anxiety š it really is the worst. Just know youāre not alone Xx

Hey! Iām feeling very anxious too. Iām experiencing cramps and some spotting. Are you able to book an early scan? Just for some reassurance for yourself? Iām going to book one for end of October (ages away) because I canāt wait to the 12 week mark!

I will book an early scan soon, I've been holding off because last time I miscarried 3 days before my scan .. feeling so superstitious. Glad to hear i'm not alone though

I wonder if it's a case of distracting yourself enough that you can get on with your day? š©·

This is absolutely completely normal and I promise you it does get better with time. It doesn't ever go, but it does get better. I was the same and didn't really relax into my pregnancy until 20 weeks. Sending love ā¤ļø
