Hey everyone. Just wanting to double check and see if it’s normal to feel this way or if I should get looked at.
I am 12 wk 1day. I have been unsteady for about 2 days now with bouts of very intense dizziness. Where I just cannot move. I also have a headache. I’m very nauseous but the hardest part is I can hardly eat anything. Feeling a little shaky at the moment
Been making sure to take my prenatal vitamins
I was feeling so bad that I didn’t go to work yesterday and thankfully today was my day off. I’ve been trying to make sure to hydrate and sleep which I struggle to sleep.
I’m the kind of person that ignores discomfort and just toughs it out but with being pregnant I’m trying to be more cautious so I don’t miss something that could be harmful for the baby.

Nothing should be toughed out! Go get checked! ALWAYS better safe than sorry.

Have you been to doctor recently? Sounds like getting checked asap is a good idea!

Thats how it was for me also, I always sent my Doctor a detailed symptoms list to make sure I am fine, just talk to your Dr she/ he will help you

Sounds like you’re dehydrated! I’ve had to go to the ER multiple times for it so far because my nausea and vomiting are so bad. Always give me a couple bags of fluids and I feel AMAZING after. I would definitely go in

You might need to have some electrolytes like coconut water and for nausea ginger tea make it fresh or get from any near by Walmart store helps a lot I take it daily to reduce my nausea and also helps me to get hungry which am not feeling very much lately.

yeah, I had lab work about 2 weeks ago and everything came back normal when I went in on Wednesday

Thank you everybody I really appreciate it ♥️

I’d get some more water/electrolytes in your body. Also, your prenatal vitamins, could be contributing to your dizziness and nausea since you’re not eating much and therefore don’t have a lot in your stomach. I’d consult your doctor. Try the BRAT diet if possible. It’s bland and easy on the stomach. I’m recovering from food poisoning and it’s what I was told by my care team. Bananas, Rice, Applesauce, Toast or crackers ❤️

Sounds like low blood pressure and dehydration. Remember, baby is taking literally everything you give, and if you aren't giving, then baby is taking from your storage. Try implementing soft foods and eat smaller meals throughout the day. The best thing to do is to get a check up no matter what, cause I am not a doctor and the only one that will give you a clear answer will be a doctor, lol.
