Who supposed to file children’s on their income tax the mother or the father?

I think if y’all aren’t together must judges will say one year you do and he goes the following year and back and forth as far as me & my husband I make more do I’ll claim our daughter

@Justice right and plus we don’t stay in the same house hold I live with my mom and stepfather and he got his own place

I would say I’d the child is with you majority of the time you should be claiming him. But again if he pays child support and stuff a judge will say you get in year and then he gets the next year.

He broke up with you over taxes? .. so he had a baby because he thought he’d get good taxes back? Cause that’s what it sounds like .. Yes y’all can rotate but also both deserve a cut. Y’all are both parents but if you’re taking care of that baby majority then you should do it because you’re gonna need money for that baby. Y’all both do. Not just money to blow.

@Kiyah yes and told me I just want to keep the money for myself and I should let him carry our son because he make more than me and I told him that I work and plus I’m his mother the money going to go on what our son needs and also I told him that he would keep the money for himself because he had been married before for the wrong reason when he was in the army just for money
