Eco Egg instant stain remover spray (you can get it from Amazon & other places) or try soaking with Vanish stain remover powder.

Pop it out in the sun. It really helps

I've gotten quite a few stains out with just dawn dish soap, even period stains. Just pump a generous amount to the stain and scrub at it with a toothbrush until the soap creates a foam, then do the same to the back side of the fabric and put it in the washer

Whenever my sons clothes have stains I use this. For really stubborn stain I had to do 2 loads with it or spray it on the clothing and leave it overnight. But for 90% of stains I wash with this does it

Rub with washing up liquid (dish soap) then soak in Milton solution until gone... for stubborn stains can take 24 hours and I found making it double strength helps and also changing the solution after 12 hours
