Which area would you suggest moving to in Brisbane?

In my 20’s and planning on moving to Brisbane and want somewhere maybe not too far from the beach, and nice things to do with my baby. Any recommendations for areas I should look at (or avoid)

I’ve lived in a few brisbane suburbs and really enjoyed teneriffe / new farm and west end - there are great parks, the city cat (ferry), river walks and so many cafes to walk to. It’s probably expensive to rent or buy there now. Ashgrove and red hill / Paddington are also nice but only have buses as public transport.
If you want to be near the ocean then maybe a suburb near the bay (Wynnum, manly, Sandgate etc) would be the way to go!
