baby not well🥺
my LO is just shy of 4 months old and he’s been feverish with diarrhoea for the last 2 days and today although his fever has dropped he seems to be in a lot of pain with his stomach😠doctors have seen him three times since it started and say nothings wrong but he’s in so much pain, I want to take him to the hospital but they’re always so nasty when you don’t phone 111 first… but I did that the other night and they told me he was fine😥

Oh the poor wee man and poor you! Trust your mum instincts and if you need to just turn into a mumma bear and demand what you feel he needs. Is he breastfed or formula fed?
He’s formula fed! The doctor thinks it’s probably just a bug or something so just sent me away saying he’ll be fine but we’re now on day 3 of continuous calpol/ibuprofen to keep his pain at bay😣 any time we miss a dose he ends up inconsolable with pain!
the only thing other than a bug that I can think would be causing his sore tummy is his teething, a couple people said teething babies can often get an upset stomach!
It’s just so hard when he’s breathless screaming in pain not to take him to the hospital😔😔
