Dressing baby at night

Ours is around this temperature and we have him in a sleepsuit and a 1.0tog sleep bag, but he runs pretty hot so I'm sure he wears less than a lot of other babies

@Becca she runs hot too but seems to be at a good temperature when I've checked her.
I was only putting her in a vest and sleepsuit at night but her legs have started getting chilly during the night so thought I'd try the sleeping bag

My little one is in a sleepsuit and a 2.5 tog sleeping bag. The room is showing 20.5 at the moment but will drop early hours x

Mines in 1.5tog bag and a long sleeve vest x

Mine is in vest, babygrow and cellular blanket

My room is 23 x

same as us. I always put a long sleeve on unless it’s baking. His arms seem to get chilly in the night with short sleeve

I usually have my daughter in a short sleeved vest, long sleeved sleepsuit & a 1.0 tog when our bedroom is between 19-20° but she was sick over her 1.0 tog tonight so we changed her to just a sleepsuit and a 1.5tog :)

Depends on your little one but mine would be cold in that. Bedroom is around 20 degrees and she needs a vest, baby grow and 2.5 tog to not wake up cold / have a cold back and chest. Guidelines is just a babygrow and 2.5 tog 16-20 degrees x
