BCG vaccine

Does anybody know if this is normal? My daughter had the BCG vaccine 9 weeks ago and it’s come out like this today… is this infected? Should I call the gp or health visitor??

Definitely needs checked out and reported as a vaccine reaction.

So I had the nurse check it out today when she was having her second load of jabs and apparently it’s completely normal🤷🏼‍♀️ I was just told to keep it clean and not put any soaps or creams on it🤷🏼‍♀️
