My son woke up limping

Hi mommies! I was wondering if this has happened to their child. The 1st time 3 days ago he woke up limping but after about 4 hours he started walking ok. Went to the doctor yesterday & said it could be an infection if he had a cold a few weeks ago or it could be the way he slept but it happened again today. He woke up limping again & he’s still limping

You don’t mention the age of your son. Please do X-rays! Hopefully it’s innocent as growing pains but in this world trust no one! Depending on his age and health a simple twist could break a leg bone. As a foster parent I’ve seen so many injuries that I would have never thought possible.
