Best topical for teething nappy rash
Help!!! My lo's bottom is very read and sore. I've tried sudocrem (no good), and metanium (drying bottom)... is there anything that's better or you've tried and tested?

Metanium was recommended too me but honestly saw no improvement so I used Vaseline and sudocrem in alternation
Yellow metanium is a Godsend!. Literally improved after first application of the cream
