Lemsip is ok
I have that atm. Don't have a blocked nose but just feel my sinuses are sore. I boiled 0.5ml of water and added half a teaspoon of salt. Used it to rinse my nose and as drops to unblock sinuses. Need to keep doing it and it helps 🙂
