Is my blind pimple infected ? I squeezed it once yesterday and the morning woke up to this. Has anyone had similar or some advice on how I get the swelling down or just get rid of it overnight? I’m taking ibuprofen. Tried warm compress in shower.

It looks like abscess to me. My friend had similar on same place but little bigger and doctor had to cut it open to drain all liquid and there was about 150ml of pus overall. I would advice to get it checked 100% other than that vinegar is amazing for any kind of swelling (legs for example) and to help drain pus out, so because it's your facial skin which is delicate I would do 1 part vinegar to 2 parts of water, soak a bandage or any clean piece of fabric and secured it over with some plasters or skin friendly plaster tape. That will help with swelling and might help pus out

Dr confirmed infection unsure what caused it. Started antibiotics today finger crossed they work! And it clears up in a day or two.
Does anyone know if after it comes to head and I clean the pus out and starts healing why there is still a hard lump present around the wound?
