Is it true? If your husbands family has mainly boys you will also have boys?

It’s just a 50/50 chance unfortunately.

We have a daughter and my husbands one of two boys 🤷🏻‍♀️

I thought this as almost everyone in my husbands family has had boys- he is 1 of 2, one cousin has had 2 boys, another cousin had a boy, another cousin has had 3 boys etc but I still had a little princess so there is a chance x

Both mine and my husband’s families are mostly boys; I have 6 brothers, 2 sisters and my husband has 1 brother (not to mention all the extended family!) I have a LB and I am due a LG any day now 😉

I say it’s 50/50 cause , Men produce Y and X chromosome sperm, it’s which ever gets there first.

You can correlate any data if you look at it the right way. I see it as kind of like the “gender symptoms” it’ll fit 50% of the time x

If you're both in your early 20's then you're slightly more likely to have a boy than a girl (like 52/48%), but if you're both older (over 40) odds can go as low as a 1 in 3 chance of having a boy. I don't think there's much else that affects gender.
I'm an only girl with 2 brothers, we all had daughters & no sons.

Mainly boys on my partners side, he has a boy from a previous and we've been together 8 years now and have had 3 girls and now a little boy on the way

My dad has 2 brothers but here I am :) my mom has 1 sister. I have 1 brother. Think it's just 50/50! X

My partners side is all girls and we had a boy. There’s no logic to it, it’s a wives tale.

My partner has 5 brothers and we had a girl, very boy heavy on my dads side of the family too. It’s just pot luck! X
