i’m just buying a peri bottle from shein they’re about £2. if i’m really not coping after i’ll probably order spritz for bits, but stuff like that can be so expensive i just can’t justify it personally x

I’ve got some ‘cold pads’. They’re maternity pads that you bend in half and they become a cold pack to numb your sore bits 🙈

search online, you can get them all sorts of places even in the supermarket but I got mine off Temu for cheap x
