Bloody show before labour

I had it yesterday at 11 am since than I’m waiting for active labour i went to the hospital because i got scared as i have too much blood they kept me there for 2 hours my contractions started and everything was fine they told me to go home and said i’m 1 cm dilated and come to the hospital when the active labour starts and honestly since than i’m waiting i’m having contractions plus mucus bloody show is still coming and my contractions are very strong i can’t even sleep because of that but they are not in pattern so I can’t go to the hospital or can’t do anything i’m so exhausted 😩

@Mahreen hopefully they will start coming regularly for you soon! I've been induced using a balloon thing and I had my bloody show last night . The midwife said my baby looks like it's on its way and I may go into labour soon. Im on a waiting list to get my waters broke but it will be days

@Steph were you sent home after being induced using the balloon thing or are they monitoring you in hospital?

@Ruby I've was sent home ,then they took it out today. I've got to go back in tomorrow for monitoring and everyday until I go into labour or they have a bed for me to have my waters broken. I think each hospital is different. I saw somepeople say they had to stay in hospital with the balloon

: I’m currently exactly in same boat as you .. had bloody show, went to hospital n they told I’m just 1 cm dilated and sent me home. Having pretty intense contractions at 10-12 mins apart.
How are you feeling now?

Finally i have my baby i stayed in labour for 3 days without epidural i dilated 9cm and afterward i wait for 2 more hours but my progression was so slow and i can’t take anymore pain my body was fully exhausted so they gave me epidural, when i dilated 10 cm i pushed for 2 an a half hour i can’t do that more than that my body was not allowing and baby was not ready to come out his face was not in the right position so in the end they did forcep which gaves me 2nd degree tear it was so painful time for me and very traumatic for my body but in the end when i had my baby in my hand it was all worth it i came home today after 2 an a half day and now just recovering I don’t want to scare anyone but this is what happened with me..i hope everyone’s journey of delivery go smoothly and easily with the health of a mother and a baby.
