I thought I would share some of the things I did while TTC after my mc. I know it’s so hard to hear someone’s positive story while still trying. I thought maybe sharing more about what I did might help.

I made an investment in the Mira analyzer with the Mira Max wands for two months. This gives you a read out daily of LH, progesterone and estrogen so your fertile window is CLEAR and you get data you can talk to your doctor about. Seriously took the stress out of guessing line darkness - you see the actual quantity of LH so your baseline and peak are clear.
Hobbies! I set myself a new goal. I dance informally at a studio where I live and I actually auditioned for and was accepted into an art/dance performance. I choreographed my own dance and created the character and costume. I put my creative energy in and immersed myself in the community. It truly helped me relax on the whole baby making thing. And a community that ISNT always talking about fertility etc helped.
On the same note, I deleted this app for a while. I couldn’t keep looking at the huge variety of posts, the struggles, the loss, the hope. I know that sounds crappy but I know myself and I had to take a break.
Weirdly enough - I went back on my adhd meds. It caused me a lot of stress and anxiety when not on them - like debilitating negative self talk and panic attacks. The month I went back on is the month I got pregnant.
