Is it normal for the first period PP to be very heavy? Like wayyy more than before pregnancy? Thanks!

Yeah my first few nights I had to wear a nappy. I’m not mad cos they are so comfy
Yep first one was super heavy but not overly painful, now on my second and it's painful but not heavy
was that the tena pants ? I wore them for the first week or two after birth and my god. If they weren't so expensive I'd live in them 😂
Absolutely! Can say I was honestly absolutely horrified, and I had super heavy periods before pregnancy so was flabbergasted.
