Shoe sizes

My LG is measuring just over a 5 so do I get half a size up in trainers? I’m looking at adidas

They grow so fast. Just to get longevity from the shoes I’d get a 6. Especially if he’s nearing a 5.5. It’s not much of a difference honestly

Id go with 6. Least they've got a bit of growing room then too.
