7wk baby blocked nose
My husband and I have colds and our 7wk baby boy sounds so bunged up today 🙁 I’ve ordered a snot sucker and saline spray but it won’t be here until tomorrow - is there anything I can do to help him today? He seems uncomfortable, especially when breastfeeding, and wakes himself up trying to breathe properly

Same here with my 7 week old, as above snuffle babe drops in hot water, saline and snot sucker. You can also have a hot shower yourself and then hold baby in the steam after (obv not in the shower with you) and the steam should help to keep mucus moving, we're on day 5 of him being bunged up now but it's almost gone xx
