Tiny marks

Hi 👋 my 4 months old has had these tiny dots on her legs for weeks, they’re like tiny blood spots or something, purple in colour, she appears to have a few bigger ones now. She has chunky legs but I’m now wondering are they chunky or swollen.. does anyone recognise this?

My little girl had a similar rash on her arm, and we took her to the doctor who sent us to a&e for bloods. It was all okay and it faded within a week but they wanted to check for any potential infection with a non-fading purple rash xx
