Postpartum first period
Sorry for tmi.
I've got my first period postpartum and oh my god I've never had a period like it.
It says online it's due to the rest of your uterine wall shredding aswell but oh my god.
I've had to wear the adult nappy type things the always ones because I'm bleeding so heavily and through pads and underwear🙈
Before pregnancy I was a light flow 4 days max.
Can anyone else relate and does it get better? ,🙈

I’ve just finished mine and been a light bleeder and it was heavier than I’ve ever had it before c
Not sure if it’s my period but my baby’s 7 weeks tomorrow and I’ve started my pill again about 2 weeks ago and I’ve recently started bleeding realllly heavy filling pads. Was heavier than my periods previously AND the postpartum bleeding!!
that's exactly the same as me!
My period was heavier than my bleeding after the birth! Also had to wear the adult nappies ! It eased after three days x

how long did yours last if you don't mind me asking.
A friend said she bled for 3 weeks and Im going away not this next weekend coming the weekend after 🙈I'm on the mini pill too if that helps xx
Mine lasted 8 days 1st 2 days were really light and so was the last but the middle was heavier than normal and it’s longer too I’m normally only 3/4 days x
