Dry skin patch
My baby boy has had this small (probably size of 10p) patch of dry skin on his belly for about a week now. I have been putting moisturizer on there but it's not going.
With the long waits to get to GP Im not keen to go and waste their time as it doesn't appear to be serious to me.
I just wanted to see if anyone else has experienced similar/has any advice on products to help?

My boy gets these eczema spots alot, he has one now. Download the ‘yuka’ app if you haven’t already, you can scan baby products to see how harmful it is. I was surprised how low some well known brands were rating. We use Nala baby, it has a really high score and works wonders for his skin. My boys had these from 6 weeks, at his 6 week checkup I was advised to moisturise any spots like this around 4 times a day. I was given a steroid cream but I was only allowed to use it if it hadn’t got better after 4 weeks, but we didn’t need to x
My little girl has had this on her stomach, initially they thought it was a fungal infection but we went back on Friday and have been given Hydrocortisone because they think its eczema, I’ve heard that its possibly linked to teething
