How do u know if baby had diarrhea. It’s still yellow but more frequent and maybe a tiny bit more liquid

How old is baby? Breastfed baby poop is yellow and watery until they start solids
she’s 6 weeks old. Als exclusively breastfed. A week ago she would poop every two days and since yesterday she poops almost after every meal
oh yeah that’s super normal and means she’s getting plenty of food! Great job! Mine went like 4-8 times a day at that age. I breastfed her until almost 14 months. Her poop will always look like that until you introduce solid foods around 6 months. It SHOULD be yellow, watery, and sometimes has little “seedy” bits in it.
I’m just concerned since she went from going 4 times a day to only every second day and then now again going so often Is that normsl too
suuuuper normal. She’s a baby, not a machine. She’ll go when she needs to go. As long as she’s going, she’s happy and healthy
