My baby is also back to back has been for weeks! I get lots of lower back pain now and have been told by my midwife it’s going to happen because baby is laying against my spine
😩i worry what the labour will be like, did she give you any advice on how to turn the baby?

Leaning my forearms on my ball and tilting forward dropping belly to the floor to allow room and they’ve also said keeping your knees below your hips I’ve tried it all and still the same😂 they have said babies can turn at any point even during Labour so you never know!

You can look up spinning babies positions to try and turn baby into optimal position (like all 4s, bounching on the ball, sitting forward etc)
But if you birth your baby back to back the main thing is to let gravity help you, get on all fours or be leaning forward on your knees, they can definitely still turn sideways and often turn in labour 😊 you've got this!
thank you!! If i get the epidural which i most likely will i wont be able to get on all fours during labour?😟

I'm also back to back and doing all the moves to try and turn them but with no such luck. Can still feel their little feet / hands on my belly button. I'll be moving round as much as possible during labour for sure!

My sister had a back to back labour and it was quite long. She recommends getting/hiring a tens machine as it really helped her during labour at home before she had an epidural at hospital. X
thank you so much! Never considered one of them x
