Hey mommas 👋
I am curious if anyone has struggled with postpartum dizziness/lightheadedness? I am 3 months pp and have days where I'm lightheaded for no reason or dizzy when I move my head in certain directions (randomly - not constantly) I have had bloodwork done and no concerns, my blood pressures are great and when I chatted with my doctor yesterday, she had no concerns.
I am EBF. Every other mom I know that I've mentioned it to says they have no idea what I am talking about and I feel so alone and like I'm going crazy haha it doesn't help that I am hyper focused on it. 🤦🏼♀️

So I had this too and it was especially worse when laying down. I ended up looking up tricks/ maneuvers on YouTube for my ear crystals and that helped me quite a bit! I still have it occasionally but nothing like before.

okay, yeah! Like somedays it's so bad (today) where I'm just standing and don't even feel like myself. Almost like when you're tipsy when drinking..

Yes that is normal because ur bleeding so ur blood pressure drops it makes u feel lightheaded

I am 3 months pp and haven't bled since 3 weeks!

Oh then I would see a doc, I don’t think that’s expected!

Did your doctor test for thyroid issues?

No, my doctor had no concerns!

Are you breastfeeding? Sometimes I feel lightheaded if I don't eat enough or if I'm not well hydrated.

This has been me for 5 months now I had a second c section some
Days I don’t
Even get it and other days it’s constantly there it’s so strange!!!

Has anyone else experienced this for this long after a c section

oh interesting! I did a natural birth but same for me with some days yes and some days no!

I am! I feel like I'm eating /drinking enough but who knows, I don't really pay too much attention haha

Yes in fact I have it today. I feel it happens the days I am sleep deprived ( which I am most of the nights) but some times when baby girl refuses to sleep at night 😒

Do you still feel this? Any conclusions? I’m 4months and started to feels this. I hope it’s the sleep change since moving to the crib and regression - hopefully it’s just sleep deprivation
