Tbh, I’ve just stopped wearing them. I’m typically in athletic clothing so this isn’t a big deal for me. I didn’t see a point in buying new to only wear them for a short time.
I just bought some from aerie. They have some with really soft and stretchy material

I got a 5 pack of underbelly maternity undies at H&M! It’s called MAMA 5-pack hipster briefs and ordered a size up from my normal. Super comfortable!
Kindred Bravely has some really great under-the-bump panties, I have multiple packs of them now thanks to my decreasing bladder control lol
