Worried about a cough
Hey I don’t know if I’m just being paranoid but my baby is coming up 12 weeks and yesterday he developed a cough where he was coughing now and then and I thought nothing of it, through the night he’s started to cough more, I’ve seen so many things about rsv and stuff now I’m starting to really panic

yeah I’ve got a temperature thing that you put to the forehead so not entirely sure how accurate but it was 36.4 which I think is normal, he doesn’t feel hot or cold either, he just has a cough and a slight stuffy nose xx
Mine has a cough and cold symptoms. I went to the gp as it sounded chesty but chest was clear. Said it often sounds like that when they’re congested in nose. Suggested saline nose drops which you can buy. He said to go back if develops a temp, stops feeding it starts vomiting. There’s lots going round hope little ones feeling better soon x
aww thanks he sounds snuffly too think he has a congested nose, I’ve just tried snuffle babe stuff, rubbed it on a Muslim cloth and tied it to his crib so he will breathe it in all night, hoping that helps, he’s so unsettled though cannot sleep properly xx
