So I’m almost 5months postpartum and my fingers are still like so swollen.. and I desperately cannot wait to wear my rings again!! Does the finger swelling ever go back down? I haven’t really started working out again so idk if that’s what’s really gonna help… but I just miss my rings, like should I buy new ones that are bigger so they fit? Or should I just wait awhile and get myself back in better shape?

Is it only on one hand? And is your blood pressure normal?

My blood pressure is normal, and it’s both hands, I feel like since I gained weight cause of pregnancy, like my hands are just kinda thicker as well.. and like I said I haven’t really started working out yet… so I’m definitely not as small as I used to be, and I feel like that’s why my fingers aren’t as thin too.. I’m just so said cause I used to wear all my rings.. and I’m like damn maybe I should just wait and start working out and see if they go skinnier sgain

Yeah I'm in the same boat. I can't fit my wedding rings and I hate it. Anyone got any advice? Haha I know excercise but that's going to be slow with a bub

You can definitely gain weight on your fingers, so it’s probably just that. Once you feel up to it and start exercising again you’ll probably find they’ll go back to how they were and the rings will fit again.
I’m in the same boat and can now get my rings on but they don’t fit comfortably still.

@Marjory haha it doesn't happen to everyone. My other friend can wear hers after having her baby ... haha just lucky dip I guess
