Nervous / anxiety

Does anyone ever feel nervous about having your first baby? Currently 34 weeks and I see everyone post about being excited but I’m just not there. Too nervous for labor & I get anxiety anytime I think about it. It’s crippling and I wish I could not feel this way!

I'm feeling nervous too. This is my 2nd baby and i had an emergency c section so i've never experienced a natural birth & i'm anxious.
Worried my son will feel left out and how i'll cope with still getting up to do the school run on no sleep ect.
I need to trust the process yea its going to be painful but nothing our bodys cant handle.
You can always ask for pain relief or a c section if u feel that scared altho its a big op to get over & far from the easy way out
Nobody gets a medal for doing it without pain help so just see how u go.
Me i took everything posdible they offered me then i had an epidural at 4cm.

This is my second baby but all I feel is nervous. My first was very straightforward and as easy a delivery as could be I suppose but, I am so worried this time.

yes I will definitely be asking for an epidural, I have a birthing comb too. I’m trying to just be as prepared as I can be. But the unknown is scary. ^ you’ve at least went through the process of labor. You kind of know what to expect, I hope everything goes smooth with your birth. I know everything will work out, just nervous 😵‍💫

Baby movements

So I’m now officially 22 weeks pregnant with baby number 2 and I’m still yet to feel him move. I had my 20 week scan not last week but the week before and everything seemed fine but have a repeat scan tomorrow due to not getting a proper measurement of his face. I’ve been told I have an anterior placenta too. Should I start getting worried yet ?? With my first baby my placenta was at the back and I felt him move around the 20 week mark. I’m just really paranoid as I have fertility issues as it is and have had miscarriages in the past and I’m classed as a high risk pregnancy with this one as I have strep B and I had gestational hypertension and pre eclampsia with my first baby so I’m on shared care with this pregnancy and I’m also on aspirin too which was prescribed by the hospital to take to prevent with this pregnancy.

Is everyone just done now and ready for baby or not there yet?

If you’ve had enough and ready how far along are you?

I’m 37 weeks and starting to get more uncomfortable but enjoying it generally not at the end of my tether yet but I fear it may be just around the corner according to everyone else? Haha
