First time and I have no clue 😅

I believe I'm around the 4 week mark, found out yesterday as I had only missed my period by around 3 days but had sore boobs, feeling sick (23 hours of the day!) And so tired. My last period ended September 5th. But these are my positive tests and they're super strong! Why could that be? Also completely terrified about telling my family as we don't have much money 🥺
