What should I get for my 12 month old baby girl? She has been walking for about a week. What are your recommendations? What should I look in first baby shoes?

If you're in the UK and can afford them Clarks are an amazing first shoe as they're designed to support the foot through learning to walk

We got my little girl her first shoes from Clark’s last week. We absolutely love them we got pre walkers since she’s cruising around all the furniture now.

They have prewalkers which are good for babies just starting to walk! You could always go into Clarks to measure feet then buy some second hand that are the same size...but yeah, we found shoes to be one of the things not to cut corners on! Start rite are also good xx

I got my wee girl's feet measured first at Clarks. We managed to get some pre walkers that were from the last season so super cheap, and now I buy the right size for her second hand off Vinted. I'll make sure I get her feet measured every so often so that she's in the right size, but I don't think I can justify £30-£40 every time she outgrows a shoe
