Marks on face & belly
Has anyone experienced this? He has little red dots over his belly and face

Have they got fluid in the spots? My boy had similar spots on his face and belly when he got chickenpox and they gradually spread. His were a bit worse than this though so might not be that, could just be baby acne

Could also be milk spots if your Ebf 😃
