Fishy smell

I’m 26weeks 5days And Still Spell Fishy down there Cus Of The Pregnancy Is there Any Tablet Or Cream to make It Smell Nice,I Wash And Clean There Anytime I Use the Toilet Any Suggestions Please

Yeah could be BV. I've had it before. Overly washing down there is the most likely cause. The good bacteria that live there are the natural cleansers. By overly washing you unintentionally remove them allowing bad bacteria to proliferate which causes the fishy smell. Talk to your GP about it they will have remedies.
