Might be. But I would guess baby acne tbh. It's pretty normal. If you BF, try to rub some milk on, it will clear up either way tho. If not, take him to the doctor x

My baby face looks the same. She is a month old. I took her to the doctor because I panicked not knowing what it could be. They told me that it was baby acne. & your baby face is similar to my baby face. She has it on her hairline, eye lids. Her whole entire face. From my understanding, It is normal. And will go away on its own.

I’d say baby acne, my 2 week old has couple similar spots on face

I ended up in A&E with my son when he had the same and they said it was baby acne. I think it’s quite common! Though as always, if you’re worried it’s best to get checked. ☺️

Looks like a viral rash my son had it a lot as a newborn with no other symptoms I noticed if your nursing putting breast milk on it during a bath seems to make it less red

Looks like baby acne. My little boy had it too, from around 2 weeks old and it cleared up around 8 weeks old. I washed his face every morning and evening with just warm water using cotton wool balls and would put my breast milk on his face before bed. I wouldn’t recommend using any creams, etc. It does clear up but can take some time!
