Piles….

I’m 36 weeks and have massive painful piles they are bleeding in my underwear. How do I get rid of these?? Please help 🙃

Get some hemaroid cream. Or if they're really bad speak to gp. I've had them on/off since throughout this pregnancy. Mine usually only bleed after using the loo. They can go on there own but if they are big id deffo try some creams and soak them in a nice bath
