My twins are measuring at 16+6 and 17+0 even though I’m only 16+1 today!! That makes me so happy considering twins are usually born on the smaller side. Hoping they keep it up 😊😊

I know measurements can be off but I’ve been told since around week 9 they look a few days ahead than what they should be and I finally got the actual measurements two days ago.
I had my daughter at 38 weeks and she was only 6lbs 1oz so I was sure I would make smaller babies again lol

I’m 15w 2days, went for an ultrasound on Wednesday and baby was measuring a week ahead

I am wondering if they’ll change my due date if it’s still a week ahead at my anatomy scan. Did your doctor mention anything about changing yours? Mine was done at the ER so they didn’t say.

my doc said they’ll change it if next ultrasound it’s still consistent… I have diabetes so I go every 4 weeks for an ultrasound

With my first at about 15 weeks I measured 3 weeks ahead. My dr said it is normal to fluctuate a bit but by 20-25 weeks it should be consistent and more accurate then at the beginning. She still measured a week ahead but I’m glad we didn’t change my due date because I had her at 36 weeks at she was only 5lbs 6 oz and lost down to 4lbs 6oz during our hospital stay. If I was moved to a week earlier they would have helped progress labor and she would have had to go straight to the nicu.

yeah I’m really hoping they don’t change my due date to a week later because if I reach 38 weeks I automatically have to schedule a repeat c section instead of trying for a VBAC because neither me or my doctor are comfortable with an induction. 😅 I know there’s plenty of time for things to change. I’m glad you were able to avoid the NICU. That’s another goal of mine for these little babes 🤞🏼🤞🏼

I think that might mean they got your due date wrong, like you may not be ahead perhaps conception date is off but idk..

Nope! They were measuring 2 days apart right on track at my 6 week scan. We were TTC with fertility meds so I know my last period date and my ovulation date. Lol I know the measurements can be a bit off at this point but this is the second scan where they’ve measured farther along😌 just big babies I guess!!

My twins have been measuring about 5 days ahead since my first ultrasound and so my due date is sooner than what I was counting based on my last period. I haven’t done the anatomy scan yet so I’ll wait to see if anything changes at that point.

Yes my baby has consistently been measuring a week ahead since my 9 week ultrasound.

My singleton is measuring a week ahead when I was 18 weeks, he or she measured at 19 weeks
