Hey everyone - I have started using Aniball a few days ago and managed to grasp how to insert and keep it in there (currently able to go up to 6 pumps) but I am not 100% clear on what are the most beneficial exercises to do once inserted? Should I practice expelling it 3/4 times a day or should I keep in there for 10/15 min whilst doing breathing exercises and kegels? Or a bit of both?

Personally I only every practiced pushing it out. Gradually increasing the amount of pumps each day. Using it once a day or even every other day will be fine. You don’t need to do it multiple times a day. Good luck it’s a brilliant help!

I would say practice expelling it but in a controlled way, by focusing on your breathing. You don’t want to just push it straight out, your body will force you to do that in birth! So practice pushing and then stopping so you can avoid the baby arriving too quickly and everything having to stretch before it’s ready 😖🫣
