Dressing toddler for bedtime

Since the drop in temp, my 18-month old’s bedroom is anything between 19-22C.

I know there’s bedtime wear charts for newborn but there doesn’t seem to be anything for toddlers who go to bed in sleeping bags.

My toddlers room is currently 21C and she’s wearing long sleeved pyjamas and in a 1.5 tog sleeping bag.

I just don’t want her to be too hot/ cold. What is everyone else putting their toddler in (if they’re in a sleeping bag and also what tog)?
