Motrin really helped my son (especially because he spiked fevers) and we had him chew on a wallet! It was soft enough to put pressure on and gnaw but stiff enough that it wasn’t flimsy

^ these are great. You can freeze breast milk and fruit purées in them and let baby go at it. Also a wet washcloth that’s been frozen is always good. Or the glove teethers so it’s always connected to them
