What does everyone do when their baby has a cold?

It's his first cold, and he is not eating much, I guess, because he can't breathe through his nose. I've got calpol, saline drops, a snot sucker and decongestant plug-in. I've also put him in the bath with steam. Is there anything else I can do? He isn't sleeping well. Thanks

Same here and doing the same as you - adding some baby vapour bubble bath to the bath too and then using the snot sucker straight after / then massaging some Vicks baby rub onto his chest and stomach. Also got some olbas oil drops on a muslin which I’m draping near him when feeding/he’s lying down x
